One estimate was for damage in transit for my vehicle and the other was for me to do cosmetic fixes. The claim for the damage in transit was approved but apparently it was changed some how but the body shop never called me once. They never called to give me the other quote nor did they call to tell me there was an issue. Then when I asked about the other quote to fix some minor issues she was dismissive and told me she could me the quote right then and there. Well, why did a month go by with zero communication. Then I decided to just leave. I said wow on my way out because the customer service is that terrible. Then the lady started giving me an attitude. Communication is important. I could have found another body shop but I trusted they would call me to keep me updated. We will never give this whole in the wall that smells like a dirty bathroom again.
