My car was there for a month for hail damage, even though the original estimate was only two weeks. I had to constantly call for updates because no one bothered to reach out, and every time I did, the woman at the front desk acted like I’d personally ruined her day. They also managed to order the wrong part twice and somehow broke my tail light—then tried to make my insurance pay for their mistake. Even my insurance rep couldn’t believe it when he visited them. In fact, my insurance rep and a staff member got into it. Hilarious. Nothing but headaches from Joe Hudson :)
