  We started coming here soon after they opened this location a few years ago and have been satisfied with the service. Our 4Runner had been having issues with starting up and progressively got worse after the cold snap so we decided to take it in. Apparently the battery that was in it from Walmart, we were told, was trash and not a reliable product. A new battery was recommended before any more checks could be done. We asked if we could take the battery back to Walmart because we thought it was still under warranty and it would save us over $200. Charlie was very nice and informed me they usually don't allow that but that he understood and would make an exception. Luckily it was under warranty and we exchanged the battery for free. We realize the battery isn't probably the best but with it still being under warranty we were able to save alot of money. They let us know there were a few other possible issues with it that may need repair in the future but that we were good to go for now. I just want to thank Charlie for being so polite and understanding and for them allowing us to save some money! We will for sure continue to bring our cars back here. 😊

  I brought my car in to fix a sputtering. The nice woman at the counter told me she could try to get me in same day. I was totally fine with waiting on my car and luckily they were able to diagnose and fix my car the same day! I love their service, the speediness, and definitely recommend coming back.

  Dropped my truck off on its last leg, Charlie at Expert Automotive Solutions kept me updated on the status of repairs while they kept the truck at the shop. The pricing was reasonable and was confident in the people that were working on my vehicle there. There evaluation report came with photos and videos of proof so I knew they weren’t just trying to dig in my pockets. They really are a group of professionals

  Went to Midas down the road and I was quoted $350 just to look at my brake light this was without any work being done! Feeling defeated I came to Expert Automotive Solutions and William came to the rescue! William took a look at my vehicle and noticed that there wasn't any electrical problems and it was just my break light. He changed it out for me with a smile! My Husband‘s usually the one to go to a mechanic for me and today he had to work and didn’t have time and I really had to get my issue resolved so for me as a woman it’s always kind of nerve-racking thinking that mechanics are going to scam me because I have no idea whats going on. That was almost the case down the road but that was not the case today at all I will forever be a customer of expert automotive solutions. Thank you William!!
