She was so warm, friendly, & extremely knowledgeable. I’m an elderly women, so it was awesome to speak with another women who knew so much about car maintenance. I didn’t have a return ride, so they provided one for me. Gosh, another amazing employee…James. An extremely well-mannered young man. He was so sweet & even showed me different routes to take home if I encountered congested traffic. His Mama must be proud 😊 I didn’t meet the mechanic, Steve…but I was impressed that he took care of what I needed & didn’t suggest a lot of “Good-for-nothing” so called required work. Now that’s rare from a paid mechanic. Thank you, Steve! I will definitely return to Grease Monkey; I mean, Why wouldn’t I! And you should also give them a try…you won’t be disappointed.

- DCDerek COct 27, 20251.0Originally made an appointment for noon, shortly after arriving I was told that even with an appointment it would be an extended wait time due to the staffing shortage ( I wasn’t told the day before when I made the appointment ) luckily enough I didn’t have much to do that day, almost 2hrs later I get a call that my vehicle is ready, I was anticipating a $50-$100 service charge instead I paid $250 which I think is expensive and over priced, overall not pleased with my first experience with Grease Monkey’s services, I encourage anyone to shop around and get a better price from a business that not only charges a reasonable rate but also honors appointments.
