    Horrible customer service. We asked to loan tools to change the battery because they have it on the window that they loan tools for a deposit. The guy was like no. Just rude for nothing.

    I was treated horribly today there 😡. The guy refused to help me and In other words was telling me my money was just lost that he couldn't replace it even tho I just bought it and had my receipt, and even if it was still under warranty.. I felt I was being racially profiled by him for being Hispanic😤. I had bought an alternator a few weeks ago. And since day one of installation it made a very loud sound. Had to drive it around till I couldn't anymore! Today had it removed becuse it was obviously a faulty alternator. He told me he couldn't do anything to help me to just put it back in my car😤😠😡🤬. I kept telling him he didn't make sense becuse I just bought it from autozone. How could I just pay to put it back if it's bad. He said there was nothing he could do that he wasn't gonna replace it and that he couldn't even test it. For me to just take it to orellys😡.. A place I didn't even buy it from. 🤬. He refused to help me 🤯... Very unprofessional and hateful towards me... Went to the other autozone on sheldon Rd and they were really professional and nice to me! Not like that guy in this store... I want him fired for what he did to me. I rely on my vehicle everyday for my family. Is not right to spend so much money on parts to only be treated like that 🥺😭
