They took the time to explain what my vehicle actually needed without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t, which I truly appreciated. As a female, it was refreshing to feel respected and not pressured, because that hasn’t always been my experience at other oil change places. I’ve visited other Grease Monkey locations before, but this one was by far my best experience. Manager Wayne is doing an amazing job running this location… you can tell the team is well-trained and customer service focused. I’ll definitely be back!
