  I LOVED this Brakes Plus! I was used to going to another one off 380 and was hoping this one was as good. I told them the problems, no upsell, no talking down to me because I was a woman, and no bs. And it was ready quick. Definitely will be back.

  Jordan, the new assistant manager, was very helpful and informative. He made sure I knew what services my car was getting. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!

  THANK YOU! Thank you! Thank you! To the staff at Brakes Plus! I can’t say it enough how wonderful they have been. All the staff is down to earth and honest! I have had quite a few struggles with my car and they have been able to guide me with not only the best fix but the best fixes long term for my vehicle. Special thank you to Bryant and Daniel. Daniel was able to help me start the process of elimination of trying to figure out what was wrong and scheduling a drop off. Brant was able to communicate with Daniel to discuss what the plan was. Bryant was then able to pin point problem and help me find the best way to go about getting it fixed. As a girl, it means a lot to have people in an auto shop you feel comfortable working with and can trust not to take advantage of you. They have become my go to place for far more than breaks! Thank you again!

  I booked an 8 am wheel alignment appointment 2 days in advance on phone and I was told out of the door will be $220. On the day when I arrived, I was told that they have backlog from previous and they have to finish those to get to my vehicle and it would take 2.5 hours and the total will be $240. I reminded them about out of the door price, the guy said its before taxes. I didn't feel good about my appointment time and the total price. I called another brakes plus location which is 15 minutes away from this. They said please walk in we will get it done in an hour and they charged me $154. They finished everything in 30 minutes.
