  We had several choices to get a quick oil change while traveling through Texas and Greg at NTB (rebranded from Midas). I would highly recommend as they were very informative and helped us get in and out without having to waste our travel time. And a bonus was there was a great little eatery right around the corner (La Dosis).

  I have stopped at this shop 2 times on a Sunday when most other shops are closed and they have been so kind and helpful I just have to leave a review because they helped a woman in need without pushing any services on me. I happened to be at local yoga studio both times and the first time I just had them check air in one tire that looked low and another time recently I stopped by because I was nearby and had a coolant warning light issue in my car and Greg was nice enough to tell me what to get at Auto Zone over the phone and offered to help me if needed. I was so grateful because I was worried to drive home with that warning light. I appreciate their kindness both times and because they didn't push any services on me and have helped me out in times of need I will consider them for future car needs I may have. Greg was just a nice, helpful man.

  Had a nail stuck in my tire. Called several different shops and it was easily a 1.5-2 hr wait. Had a great experience at NTB. Ian was on call and made sure everything was handled smoothly from the start. The technician took care of my tire ASAP, which I really appreciated given it was a busy day for me. The whole team was professional, quick, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for efficient and reliable service!

  Had a great experience at NTB in Cedar Park this past Saturday. I brought my wife’s car in for a wheel alignment, and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He even let me speak directly with the technician to answer a question I had about the shocks, which I really appreciated. He also applied a coupon I didn’t know about and made us feel confident in the quality of the work. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  Well to start it’s never enjoyable when you have to take your car in to a shop. That’s the most anxiety provoking thing to do. Especially when you don’t own the car or even when you do. So when I Went into NTB today I was profoundly surprised at how well Jordan took care of us and made the process smooth sailing and by far less anxiety provoking. To boot, he notified me immediately of a sale that they were having for the very work I needed done; to make my price cheaper. Something I thought the company would probably not appreciate but He didn’t see it that way. He saw it as an opportunity to give me the best deal possible. Wow!! So at that point, I knew my car was in good hands. Jordan was all around just a good guy, friendly and helpful especially with my thousands of questions he answered with no hesitation or frustration. Jump to the next day when we came in to get that same discount on another vehicle before it expired Jordan was not there but Greg was and let me say he was just as awesome. Still I had to take a moment and ponder just how amazing to me these guys are to deal with the shitty end of peoples days all day long but still have the willpower to be respectful to the very people that are being shitty to them. Greg also was very kind and helpful. My point is this at NTB on the corner of North Bell an across the Taco Bell is no joke when it comes to service and great customer service at that they are my ☝️ number one!! If I had anything negative to say about NTB it’s that their snack Selection sucks…🤣
