I trusted they did their due diligence to check the car as they suggested I add antifreeze and replace the air filter. When I got home, my dad let me know he had just changed the oil in my car and I had no need for replacement. I was very disappointed and felt incredibly taken advantage of. I saw them check the oil stick from my dashboard window before replacing my entire oil so I trusted them. I called asking for a refund and the manager refused. Very dishonest. I would not recommend coming here as it seems they either don’t due their due diligence to do an honest job or simply aren’t thorough and it will end up costing you more money. Felt like a total upsell. I’m really frustrated with this waste of money.
