  This place is very poorly operated and terrible customer service with one of the guys I encountered. I had reservations two days in a row, went to pick up my rental and I was told that there were no cars available and I’d have to reschedule…the third day of calling to get a rental, I notated that I was in a time crunch because my kid would get out of school soon and I wanted to see if it was feasible (time because they would shuttle me) and if it wasn’t I would wait and do it another day I was told they had vehicles and would head my way. I was a few minutes from collision center and informed them I would be there in a few minutes so please be there so I didn’t miss school pick up. Was told it was no issue. 40 minutes after the “scheduled time” and no one is there. I call and ask what’s going on and was met with someone that couldn’t give any explanation or answer and told he’s not doing business with me and hung up on me.

  Cedar Park Branch were very professional and fast. Pick and return were impeccable, no issues less than 5 minutes. Recommend this branch and enterprise for you next rental.

  I cannot say enough great things about this Enterprise location! From the very beginning, every single team member went above and beyond to make my rental experience seamless and stress-free. A special shoutout to the young lady who personally delivered my vehicle to me at the repair shop — she was incredibly professional, warm, and helpful. That kind of service is rare and truly made a difference. When I needed to swap vehicles, another team member handled the change immediately and without any hassle — no fuss, no delays, just great customer service. And then there’s Austin — wow. I arrived at the location last minute, right before closing, and without hesitation he offered to personally drive me back to the repair shop so I could pick up my own vehicle while returning the rental. That is going the EXTRA mile — literally! He didn’t have to do that, but he did, and it meant the world to me. Every person I interacted with at this location was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. This is exactly why Enterprise has earned a lifelong customer and my highest recommendation. If you’re in the Austin area and need a rental, THIS is the location to go to.
