  We managed to get half of a pair of scissors wedged in our tire. Dylan pulled it out and was an to patch the tire saving me hundreds on a new tire. These guys are super honest and treat you right. So many places would have pushed four new tires. Great, honest, fast service. I’ll definitely be back when I need to replace my tires.

  Excellent Service at NTB! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at NTB! From the moment I arrived, Greg provided exceptional service at the front office. He conducted a thorough diagnosis and explained everything clearly and professionally. Ian then took care of patching my tire with true expertise. The work was flawless - quick, efficient, and without any issues. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The combination of great customer service and quality technical work made this visit perfect. Both Greg and Ian were professional and dedicated throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning to this NTB for all my tire needs. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I’m posting a five star review because I believe that the service at this location has really turned the corner. Previously I have had problems with my lugs being cross-threaded. Today they put the torque limiting sticks into the work order bag. I watched the technician put the lugs on by hand. That shows me they recognized there was a problem and setup process to fix the problem. 100% will be coming back.

  Yesterday, Tuesday November 4th 2025, I had my 3rd wonderful, fast experience with NTB! I will not go anywhere else. Yesterday they fixed a nail in my brand new Jetta in literally 15 minutes in and out!! Had a special tool for my fancy black wheels on hand. Marked the nail with a chalk square and plugged it in lighting speed. They also reset the fancy computer and matched all the tire pressure accordingly on screen. This particular store helped me before with my M3!! The manager personally drove to a different ntb to pick up my special bmw tire drove it back and installed one of four new tires I just bought for my race car. When ever someone asks me where to go. I don't understand their desire to waste time anywhere else. I was back on the road home. I had just been to the Pulmonologist yesterday and needed to get home. I am legally disabled and they took fabulous care of my disabilities. I was fading fast and they got me home quickly! If you need new sets or flat tire plugged go to NTB! Thank you 😊!

  We just moved to the area from out-of-state and needed a reliable shop that could handle all of our vehicles. After calling several places, this location offered by far the best prices on oversized tires for our SUV. We were short on time, and Greg went above and beyond to source the tires and have them ready the very next day. They turned everything around in just a few hours, and I was so impressed I added an oil change and alignment on the spot. The service staff was excellent—Greg and Justin were professional, clear on pricing, and even worked with me to make sure I got the best value. The shop had plenty of tables/seating, and I was able to get some work done while I waited. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and I left confident I’d found my new go-to shop. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
