As I pulled up to the gate being a first time customer, I went to purchase a car wash using the touchscreen, an employee immediately ran up and stated, "this is not a self service, now I'm actually going to have to Wipe this down". I think I was a little stunned, so didn't think to look around and see if there was a sign that maybe stated that. I could've missed one. I'm not sure. It just seemed a little unprofessional to be honest. After my wash, I drove over to the vacuums. The car appeared to be clean from a quick glance, so I was satisfied with that. I did notice, however they did not offer any kind of towel dry, Complementary towels, Cleaning spray or a rug/floor mat cleaner that I'm aware of. Again, however, I was a little stunned from my encounter with the employee so maybe I missed it. The vacuum nozzle did come off while I was vacuuming my car however it did have great suction. Once I got home, I began wiping down everything that I normally do at the car washes. I go to the offer those supplies. At this point, I noticed what looked like brush marks. Scratched all over one side of my hood. I was a little disappointed, but I think I can buff them out maybe. Not a great first time experience and do not think I'll be returning.
