  Ok, hear me out. I’m not going anywhere else again. I live in Austin, and I wanted a second opinion after a very questionable alignment. A colleague recommended this shop and said she’s gone here for years, so I figured why not. I brought my car in for an alignment second opinion and before even looking at it, they listened to what was going on and said it definitely sounded like an alignment issue. I told them they had full permission to check whatever they needed. I believe his name is Josh, and I’m assuming the woman at the counter was Haleigh — two outstanding individuals. Honest, straightforward, fair pricing, and genuinely helpful. They called me back and confirmed it was the alignment… and that whoever did my original one was way off. They basically said they weren’t sure what the previous shop was even doing. Just want to say thank you for fixing it quickly, correctly, and at a fair price. You’ve officially gained a new loyal customer for as long as I own my VW.
