After talking to the service person nothing they would do about it. VW Taos specific coolant was needed and I confirmed with the dealership, he refuses to admit fault.

My husband took our Jeep in for an oil change, and upon leaving every single dashboard light went on. He turned back in and they appeared to have fixed it, but before he was even halfway home (less than 2 miles) the car stalled out. This happened THREE more times in the course of an hour, causing my husband significant concern regarding the safety of our car. It ultimately restarted the third time and he was able to eke back to our driveway upon which he called JiffyLube (less than 30 min later). The person he spoke to was incredibly rude and unreceptive-- repeatedly stating "take it to your dealer, all we did was an oil change." The car was in PERFECTLY good condition prior to the oil change-- no noted problems whatsoever. My husband asked to speak to the manager and this person stated, "I am the manager." Offered no condolences, no concern, no offer for help whatsoever. My husband and I both work in management and would NEVER conduct ourselves this way to a working customer. If you are looking to get an oil change-- go to a local spot and don't trust the unprofessional staff at this jiffy lube.

John helped us and luckily was able to remove it and took care of our cabin filters and checked all of the fluids. Great service and we didn’t have to wait long at all.
