- KGKeith GibneyOct 26, 20251.0My 15 min oil change was 1 1/2 hrs of frustration! They put the wrong oil in my truck (which could have blown my engine) they drained it and then didn’t have 10w40 oil. They had to go to a store to buy it, then came back with the wrong oil that they had filled my truck up to begin with. They then had to go to another store to buy the “correct” oil… All this time, I am stuck in my truck, unable to go somewhere else because I have no Fing oil in my truck. After 1 1/2 hours, they finally get back with the correct oil and filled my truck so could leave. The only thing they did right was to reimburse me the $150 (overpriced) that I paid for a 15 min or less oil change!!! Never again!!!
