  Rental price are over priced, but, at least Dalton gave us authorization to get a ride to the Precision Auto to get my van back after I returned the rental. That was nice service. Thank you!

  I booked a car at this location and was charged about $1,000. Later, when I checked online, I found the same vehicle listed for around $550. I contacted the store and asked if they could adjust the price or honor the lower rate, but they declined to help. This was disappointing and left me feeling that I overpaid. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

  The guys working on Thursday did a great job. I asked for a specific car, and they gave me exactly what I was looking for—something other rental locations weren't able to do. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. I'm new in town, and after this experience, I'll be using this location from now on. Highly recommend

  Unfriendly service. Found out about the $300 deposit on location. Had to walk over a mile in the rain to get to a bank and deposit funds and they would not give me a ride. Enroute they called my wife leaving a message to ask if i still wanted the vehicle. She called back and was out on hold until it hung up on her. So by the time I got back, they had given my vehicle to someone else. Lousy customer service.

  In my 30+ years I have never rented a vehicle, this was my first time. I started at a different location and I called days in advance to confirm my reservation and to make sure I did everything correct. The guy spoke to me about needing a credit card for my reservation which was a "luxury car" I told I do not own a credit card then he talked about a "green and grey" dot system and I provided my home address. He said I was in good standing and I should be able to just use my debit card. The day comes and I arrive. A lady was filling in from the Marble Falls location and she was not nice at all. She was annoyed that I was confused with the inconsistent information I received prior vs what she was telling me. We walked out back and the none of the vehicles available were worth what I reserved and was going to pay. We left and went to this location. We worked with Brian and he put us in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was okay with paying the overall price just because he was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and made me comfortable as a first timer. I definitely recommend this location over the other one.
