I was delayed picking up the rental due to having to have my car towed, so they would not schedule me for a pickup until a *week* later. I fully understand they might not have had a person available to pick me up that day or the next, but I was able to just go on their web site and it told me they had cars at several other locations. They never offered to even check with another location to see if anyone else could pick me up sooner. Their customer service=no customer service. I ended up calling the FM620 location myself and they happily agreed to pick me up in an hour, so easy if you try just a little bit.

When I went in person to confirm my reservation I was told I would get a sedan which was totally wrong. Instead of the location manager helping, calling, or helping me find a suitable vehicle he just said sorry and did nothing else. I'll never use Enterprise again.
