When I went in person to confirm my reservation I was told I would get a sedan which was totally wrong. Instead of the location manager helping, calling, or helping me find a suitable vehicle he just said sorry and did nothing else. I'll never use Enterprise again.

When I dropped it off, the place was packed, and he managed that just as efficiently. He also arranged rides to and from the auto repair facility and set up my rental with only a day’s notice. Really appreciated the professionalism and quick service.

- NMNat MazonNov 4, 20251.0bad experince last time trhing rent car they seem be more bussy with conversions then actually trying get and take a customer i went both locations and its like they started ask what nerded then cut us off we left went to hertz i rather use my money where there custoner serivice who answer are question during this time... i need car bad while my car getting repairs get to work and my kid this made me turn into going else where for same prices anyways ..... hertz answers all our questions and where respectful and welcoming even held door open for us . and gave us mints after it sweet touch .
