    Great experience and customer service with Max T. from Enterprise the whole way through. He was genuine, kind, and quick. He was patient with answering any questions I had, respectful, and gave good advice on options. I also watched him help an elderly gentleman who was struggling to get up out of his chair and down the steps.

    First off I want to place a review on my customer service experience, I had to get a rental and I didn't get explain the conditions of the contract, I had an emergency out of the country and I got my daughter to return the rental due to that emergency and now I can't get a rental because the terms weren't explain to me about that even though my daughter is on my insurance as a driver for my cars. No big deal I will take my business somewhere else. They also tried to charge me 4 extra days because my car repair got finished on a Saturday and again they fail to explain to me that they had a drop off box where I can leave the key and my insurance got involve and pay those days but they need to make sure to explained their customers those condition and not to expect for your customers to read the fine print this is not professional and it just makes me not to trust this company.
