If not, I needed documents showing I now live in Texas. I arrived with my ID, utility bills, & additional debit cards just in case. Jordan left me a voicemail saying one thing, but Jonathan advised I was unable to proceed without a credit card & turned to finish his conversation. I’m not sure what the process is for Enterprise reservations, but Jordan & Jonathan seemed more concerned with their chat than providing a solution or additional assistance.

On the day of pickup, I got a call saying they had no vehicles available and that I’d have to wait until someone dropped one off. That’s completely unacceptable. If there was an issue with availability, I should have been notified the day before, not last minute when I was trying to get my family on the road for our trip. The lack of communication left me scrambling to find another option. Thankfully, Avis came through and saved my weekend—they had me in and out in under five minutes. Enterprise really needs to improve their communication and reliability. I won’t be booking with them again.
