They offer free diagnostic tests (which is rare these days), and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, they’re honest—they won’t try to upsell you or push unnecessary repairs like so many other places do. I worked with Rick, and I have nothing but positive things to say about him—professional, straightforward, and trustworthy. If I ever run into transmission issues again, this will be the first place I run to. I’ve been to AAMCO before, but in my opinion, Eagle Transmissions is the better choice.
