By Monday afternoon, they had diagnosed a potential cause and by Wednesday they had fixed the issue with my airbags. Wednesday evening they noted that to repair my side detection system they needed further investigation so I agreed they could keep the car to continue diagnosing the issue. By Friday evening, I hadn't heard from them so I called right before they had closed and they informed me that they have not yet begun to diagnose the issue so I told them I'd come pay for the airbag repair and pick up my car. Overall, I'd say that they communicated well until Wednesday but kind of put my car on the back burner afterward. They did fix my airbag issue and I did appreciate the first time customer discount I received so it wasn't all bad though.
