I went in and the nicest young man, Logan, helped me not only purchase a new battery and blinker light, but installed both of them for me. The local O'Reilly's told me that they could not install the battery for me, which I thought was odd. Anyway, Thank You Logan for the great customer service. Your manager should be proud!!

As soon as Joshua heard me say Honda he said “Let’s go take a look”. I realized he knew something I did not. lol We went to my car and he realized the contacts were very dirty. He cleaned both sides really well and I drove away a very happy girl. My battery was good. This is why I continue to come back to auto zone and trust their employees! Thank you so much, Joshua. I really appreciate what you did tonight!
- CAChristine AaOct 31, 20253.0I went into the location on Whitestone this Halloween morning because my battery was going bad. The female associate sold me a battery and installed as it is part of their free services. She had tried to get me to buy the battery terminal protectors but made it seem like I had to because she was installing it for free. I don't feel saying that was necessary. I didn't buy them almost another $4. When she was finished installing it I checked the installation work and she didn't tie down the battery. Left both of the battery ties unscrewed so my battery was loose sliding everywhere. I had the manager Tracy come out and finish the job correctly. She had also dropped a metal T-handle tool which she left in there under the hood I had to fish out from under the engine. I returned it to the manager. Tracy also helped me with my air filter after he installed the battery holder properly. I appreciate the service offered but always check the work because if I hadn't there could have been problems with that battery being loose under the hood while driving and moving around hitting things. Also could have had that tool get stuck in something and cause damage.
