    This has to be the worst managed Autozone store. While all are guilty of abandoning the counters and aisles to play outside with customer windshield wipers batteries etc this store tops them all for years. Always abandoning whoever may be waiting to check out and just exiting the store. I knew going in this likely would occur again today. As I walked in the post adolescent employee who later declared he was the manager another in the endless line of for this store has had in very recent years was walking out with a customer leaving the store once again empty aside from the per usual delivery coordinator hiding at the very end of the store on the phone. He waited until he was halfway out the door to sheepishly state he was stepping out rather than assure someone was covering. 10 mins later as I and others were in line waiting to check out he once again turned to go back out again and didn’t even acknowledge those of us in line right in front of him. Again not a single employee to be seen. How this store is not constantly stolen from I have always wondered. I raised my voice and stated he needed to take care of those standing in line first BEFORE going back out or assure there was someone covering. He just stood there telling me over and over “he had to go out and help this customer”. I walked out and am finally done with ever entering again especially with so many parts stores all around. Autozone is a Parts Store first not a repair shop. You take care of your in store customers first BEFORE you abandon them and the store. The owner should be ashamed but clearly is clueless on customer management. While this policy is one Autozone has tried for years it is up to each store to set guidelines and priorities and this one is totally vacant. Inexperienced very young Managers need mentoring before being given the title. How many customer sales have they lost from Customer frustration while spending a half hour installing someone’s windshield wipers which should be done at a local oil change shop.

    Huge thanks to Jim at AutoZone! He was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with choosing the correct oil filter and finding the right lug nuts for my wheels. Throughout the entire process, Jim stayed friendly, polite, and genuinely attentive. It was clear that he truly wanted to help, not just sell something — and that really matters to me as a customer. Excellent service and a great person. AutoZone is lucky to have him!

    Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable service for my two brake lights that needed to be replaced. A gentleman named Tommy gave me help and assistance during the whole process, I was very impressed 👍

    Worst Autozone in town. Made the mistake of going there got what I needed from the parts counter and turned to head to the register like I have always had to do only to have the the employee yell out "oh you have to pay for that!" I wasnt heading towards the exit I took one step from the parts counter. Never have I paid there, so I ask do you have a cash drawer here? The low IQ employee says "oh are you paying with cash?" How would you know before accusing me of trying to steal? Autozone is known for having low standards but this location is a clown show.
