  I had a really outstanding experience with Eagle Transmission and felt it was worth taking the time to share. I brought my vehicle in after dealing with a persistent drivability issue that other shops hadn’t been able to clearly diagnose. From the beginning, the team at Eagle Transmission approached the situation differently—more methodical, more thorough, and far more transparent than what I had experienced elsewhere. They took the time to properly inspect and diagnose the problem and ultimately identified a slipping torque converter. What stood out most was not just the diagnosis itself, but how clearly they explained it. They walked me through what was happening, why it mattered, and what the implications were—without any pressure or upselling. Communication was consistent throughout the process, and I always felt like I knew exactly where things stood. That level of professionalism and honesty is rare in the automotive space. It’s clear these guys know transmissions at a deep technical level. More importantly, they operate with integrity. If you’re dealing with anything remotely complex—especially something like a torque converter or transmission issue—this is the kind of shop you want in your corner.   Had my 21 ram 1500 rear end rebuild and transmission serviced it was really fast and professional and on top of all of that did not try and scalp me with a 8k for a new rear end like other places THANKS!

  I have been trying to track down some issues with my transmission and Eagle Transmission has been wonderful!! They’ve done a thorough investigation both times that I brought the vehicle to them and took the time to make sure I know what is wrong and what the solutions would be. They didn’t pressure me into a sale and were happy to help even with some of my silly questions. I am very pleased with them and will continue to use them for any transmission issues I have in the future.

  Took my truck to Eagle transmission with a blown transmission, they rebuilt it and it was fine for maybe 2 months, then it did a hard downshift and threw itself into limo mode, brought it in for warrenty work and they said it was a “loose battery wire” then I got it back and maybe less then a month later the same limp mode happened, brought it back again and they said it was my tuning so I spent $1200 on tunes to be done…just for 3 weeks later the same limp mode to happen and po845 code to pop up, once again for the last time I brought it in then finnaly was told they have no idea what is causing my transmission code and limp mode after they rebuilt my transmission. Had another shop put a whole new transmission in and almost a whole year later have not had a single issue whatsoever. Money down the drain that I’ll never get back

  Used Rick's services twice. On e in recent Silverado when he gave an honest assessment of the issue and serviced the transmission for a very competitive fee. Second time he diagnosed a strange issue I'm a Nissan Titan. He replaced the torque converter and truck has been driving perfectly since. Very happy with this shop hellbent on fixing things without taking advantage of people's situation. Well deserved excellent reputation.
