  I highly recommend the team aover at AutoZone on W. Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I had a battery that I had purchased at their location that was struggling to start after only a year and five months. Their tester showed it to be good, but they replaced it for me. Free of charge. These guys stand by their products and put the customer first.

  Travis ( store manager) saved my day. I had issues with my trunk not closing and he came outside to help me. I was having a horrible day and everything going wrong! So appreciative of his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you Travis. 10 stars

  Had a car battery delivered. Battery didnt work. Was told to charge it or bring it in.. why or how can I do that if my car battery being dead which prevented me from driving there in the first place. Maybe check the batteries before sending them out to make sure they dont need to be charged

  Great experience with Travis, the manager! He was so warm and welcoming that I immediately ended my phone call when I walked in. He’s very knowledgeable, helped me find everything I needed (and more), installed the part, and took time to educate me along the way. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Travis

  Travis Cunning - Store Manager This man deserves far more than a five star review. Truly, he saved my day and helped my kids and me more than he could know. He exceeded every customer service experience I have received anywhere at anytime. This man is a treasure and I hope corporate sees this and awards him with everything within their power and they need to do whatever they can to ensure he is satisfied and doesn't leave. I can not thank Travis enough! I legitimately do not have the words that fully express my gratitude for this man and his help.
