Not sure how this place has ever received a negative review, but the service I got today was top notch. I brought in a company vehicle for an oil change and was in and out within 30 minutes. I even got some recommendations on services that needed to be completed. I wasn’t just told, I was shown. I will definitely be back.

I called over three hours in advance to ask if they could do an oil change on my Audi. I specifically asked if they worked on Audis, and they said, “We work on BMW, Audi, and Land Rover all the time.” When I arrived, they told me, “Oops, we don’t have your oil filters; we need to order them.” I was asked to wait an extra 15 minutes, and the staff seemed unsure about what oil my car needed. I asked if they knew how to reset the computer for the oil service interval; they said they did but didn’t sound confident. After sitting for about 20 minutes, the lady asked me what I usually pay for an Audi oil change. I said typically $130–$150. She said, “With us, it’s $240 plus taxes—are you willing to pay that?” I asked why it was so much, since Audi does rotation, fluids, and oil for $130. She said, “I don’t know, but that’s what you’d have to pay.” If you care about vehicle do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else.

Mickey and her sidekick (whose name I totally missed—sorry, mystery MVP! 😄) were incredibly helpful. Even though he was new, he jumped right in, took initiative, and answered all our tire questions like a pro.
Between Mickey’s expertise and his eagerness to help, they made the whole experience smooth and actually enjoyable—which is saying a lot when you’re talking about tires! Because of them, we even decided to get credit approval for future visits.
Seriously, great team all around—from the front of the shop to the back. Y’all nailed it! 👏 Pardon the pun!
I had a really positive experience here this morning. I realized I had a flat tire while driving, put on my spare, and came straight to the shop. The staff was upfront about being short-staffed and told me it might take about an hour, which I appreciated.
Even though they were busy, they got my tire replaced in less time than expected and also gave me an estimate for brake repairs. What really stood out to me was the kindness I received at the end—they didn’t charge me for the service. That kind of generosity is rare and truly appreciated.

Nicky (Debra) is truly the reason this Mavis Tire location stands out. From the moment I walked in, she was honest, upfront, professional, and completely on top of everything. Her attention to detail and customer service are on another level, and she made me feel taken care of from the very beginning.
I’ve dealt with other tire shops and major chains in Cedar Hill, including Discount Tire and Firestone, and this experience was by far one of the best I’ve had. After dealing with dishonest sales tactics elsewhere, coming here was a huge breath of fresh air. Within my first five minutes, I could already tell this store operated differently.
Because of Nicky, this Mavis Tire location has earned my trust and my business for all six of my vehicles. That says a lot. It is hard to find honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer care like this these days.
If you are in Cedar Hill and want a place that treats people right, this is it. Nicky sets the standard not just for this store, but for what every Mavis Tire location should aim to be. I will absolutely be recommending her and this store to everyone I know.
