  Such a friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring team of hardworking individuals! I’m truly in awe of the effort and dedication I experienced from this staff over the past three days. They handled so many unpredictable situations and unique customer needs in their day-to-day work, yet they consistently respond with positivity and professionalism. It was genuinely uplifting to witness how they managed an overwhelming number of requests—including some very demanding ones—with patience and grace. Their attitude brought a real sense of happiness to my experience. This location will absolutely be our go-to for rentals moving forward. Enterprise, please hold on to this incredible team—they are doing something special. I’ll be sure to gather names when I return the car so I can properly recognize the individuals who made this experience so outstanding. Too often we only remember names when there are problems, and I want to do better about acknowledging exceptional service like this.

  I was told to show up Wednesday morning at 7:30. I work at 8:30 in Irving so I showed up at 7:15 just to be case. I was the first person here yet 3 people went ahead of me and got a car although I was told a vehicle would be here waiting for me. It is 8:15 and I still do not have a vehicle. Had I was told it wouldn’t be here I would’ve picked it up after work. I would’ve. I’m honestly pissed. This is disrespectful of my time.

  Usually I don’t leave reviews for car rental companies, but it’s rare that a company will go above and beyond to right a wrong. That’s what this location did! The first time around, renting a car, their service wasn’t up to par. They corrected the issues and “over-delivered”. That regained my trust and loyalty for the company as a whole, not just this location! I’m impressed! I definitely plan to go back and rent a car from here! Service was swift, the staff was friendly, they were flexible in accommodations and requests, and they had a good selection of vehicles. No complaints!

  My girl was having issues with her phone and accessing her info. The man behind the couner,(i wish I remembered his name) was very patient and comforting) we were able to get the car she rented. During a stressful time such as having your vehicle you love and depend on totaled due to water damage from the recent storms the last thing g anybody needs is more hassle. Enterprise pulled through for us. Highly recommend this car rental facility.
