He stated he cares about how each customer feels about their experience good or bad. I appreciate that because I have never received ed that level of service at any of the car washes in the area. I am a member already but if I weren’t I would have signed up today. I will be recommending Snap Clean to my family and friends. Janet did a great as well. She was standing at the booth ready to help when I pulled up. I wanted to upgrade my wash and I wasn’t able to do so from the kiosk. She made sure I was taken care of right away! Excellent service all around.
