- TTtxkidJan 5, 20262.0The lady on the corporate inbound phone was curt & condescending and then that was continued with the young lady at the counter at Cedar Hill, TX location. Then to add to it, I asked both if they had the equipment to do a center of the windshield chip on a lifted truck, they both said yes. I then elaborated that I didn't want the technician to be leaning on the hood or standing on the lower door sill plastic trim, again they both assured me that wouldn't happen. Well, as you can conclude the technician did stand on the door sill trim and drag the air hose across the hood. I don't blame the technician, the responsibility is on Safelite to provide the proper equipment and tools. The technician was the only person within this Safelite transaction that was pleasant. I would not recommend this location, go to the Arlington location on S. Cooper.

The service area is visible behind glass windows if you want to observe the work being done. The front office associate was friendly, courteous, and professional, and provided a good explanation of the process. I had my windshield replaced and it was completed witihin 3 hours. My stickers were replaced and canera system recalibrated. The technician was courteous and professional in explaining immediate care of my windshield and answering my questions. I highly recommend this business for your auto glass needs.
