We didn’t realize our mirror blind spot light stopped working due to the windshield. Brought it to a dealer for warranty fix and they ended up recalibrating it. They then pointed out that the windshield was so crooked that it won’t take a calibration. Keeps rejecting it. We called Safelite to get it fixed and they said because the dealer recalibrated it, we voided their warranty. We could have it recalibrated 50 times by 50 other people and it still wouldn’t work. The issue is how crooked they put the windshield on. It is criminal and I have a feeling we will get screwed. My wife also took pictures of the guy installing the new one just chatting it up with his buddy. From start to finish, horrible service. We have had several jobs done in the past over the years. They have gone down dramatically in quality and professionalism. $1,000 down the drain.
