  You can reserve cars they don't actually have and they have no idea when they will be available.

  I received a phone call the morning of my rental that I had to go to this location due to the manager of the reservation location being on vacation. This was inconvenient do to the location. I got dropped off to find out they only had a minivan even though I paid for an SUV. They said they could go get one from the shop down the road if I wanted to wait 15 minutes, 30 minutes later they pulled up in a hatch back car saying this was all they had. I I was waiting for it to get cleaned up when a customer came in for their rental, they gave the them an SUV that was the same as my reservation. When I inquired why I didn’t get that car they said because I wasn’t their customer. I use National multiple time a month and know these companies roll up under the same but I will never rent from an Enterprise location again.

  For first time in my life I have to rent a car and the customer service was amazing. I really recommend this place.

  I’m typing this while on hold with this location and it has been 20 minutes to just hear a real person. Apparently someone reached out to confirm my rental (that should have been ready 5 days ago), did not leave a voicemail, and now I cannot get a hold of anyone. 5 star Shoutout to the Oak Lawn location for actually answering the phone in a timely manner (5 mins) and providing the contact info for where my rental was. Next time, I know to just drive out of the way for actual “exceptional service.” AVOID the Cedar Hill Location. Update: still on hold .. 25:03 and counting

  i love enterprise but the things i have been going through with them lately have been nothing but a disappointment. i rented a car from the the first time and it was a nissan altima, i had issues with the car because the battery had died and i had to get a jump. when i took the car to them, they were able to switch me to another vehicle but it was smaller than what i paid for so i took it for a few days and took it back to get a mini van for my daughter’s bday party. after i switched back to the full size car from the mini van, they gave me another nissan altima and not gonna lie, it was great but i did experience another battery issue to where the car didn’t start at all and i had to call roadside assistance. i got the jump and i was told to take it to a location that was still open and the rep said that it was okay to take it to the airport location. once i get there, i told the people at the check in spot that i was not returning, only getting an exchange and they gave me a ticket for the exchange. once i got in the building, the people at the desk told me that they couldn’t exchange me because apparently i had 4 switch outs and it said that the rental agreement was locked because when i went thru the check in spot to do an exchange it had automatically checked in as if i was returning. and they seen that i was supposed to return on the 8th of october at 9am. they were able to switch it back to the 8th but still i have to deal with the altima that might not start again all because of a low battery.
