The clerk assisted me with a refund with no issue. The large container oil section blends into the large container ATF section. The packaging for the brands is almost exact-oversight on the manufacturers part. It would be helpful if stores could better advertise the section you are shopping. This would be helpful to customers like my husband who needs a little extra help.

She found products that can help reduce corrosion in the future and was kind enough to clean and put on the new product. That's really going the extra mile for customer service! Turns out that I still had an active warranty. The exchange process was quick and easy. The install process was smooth and he even made sure to check that everything ran well before I left. I am a very pleased customer and will definitely return. I have not always had the best experiences at other AutoZone’s but this experience for me today was exceptional. Bravo Maurice you are doing a great job.
