Last night was no exception. As I traveled down the incredibly delipidated and extremely DARK E. Parkerville Road by the Tranquility Senior Living Center, I could barely see anything in front of me. I pulled over & saw that a headlight had blown out while the other was dimming. I immediately drove to AutoZone 3110, where my sweet nephew Julian Bowers used to work. When I walked in, I had the pleasure to meet two (2) friendly male employees at the front registers, JM (Morty?) who greeted me upon entering the store & helped me locate & purchase replacement headlight bulbs ($57) and Chris, who took the time to replace my blown/dimming headlight bulbs with a smile and a few stale jokes!! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The clerk assisted me with a refund with no issue. The large container oil section blends into the large container ATF section. The packaging for the brands is almost exact-oversight on the manufacturers part. It would be helpful if stores could better advertise the section you are shopping. This would be helpful to customers like my husband who needs a little extra help.

She found products that can help reduce corrosion in the future and was kind enough to clean and put on the new product. That's really going the extra mile for customer service! Please give this woman a raise!
