The exchange process was quick and easy. The install process was smooth and he even made sure to check that everything ran well before I left. I am a very pleased customer and will definitely return. When I arrived at the Cedar Hill store, Maurice discovered they didn’t have the filter but didn’t stop there. He checked nearby stores, found one at the Camp Wisdom location, and even called them personally to confirm it was in stock. He then let me pay at the Cedar Hill store and I took my receipt to pick up the filter at the Camp Wisdom location, who initially told me they didn't have it after calling twice to confirm. Maurice’s professionalism, kindness, and initiative turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. He even offered a discount for the inconvenience. This is what true customer service looks like, AutoZone is lucky to have him!
