Tonight I called and asked for a part he kept asking for my phone number instead of looking up the part o explained hey im trying to see if you have it before I drive up there. He refused to look it up unless I gave my number. I've never heard of that. So I drove up there the guy is sitting down watching TV. Then another associate looked it up and said they had the part but he couldn't find it. Im guessing he was new. The associate sitting down would not help the guy just told me to go somewhere else. Smh
