  Excellent experience at Valvoline. The team did an outstanding job and treated me with respect and professionalism from the moment I arrived. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and well-coordinated—it’s clear they know what they’re doing. I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process, which is not always common these days. The service was fast, efficient, and delivered with a positive attitude at all times. Honestly, this kind of team deserves recognition. They should be rewarded or compensated better because they represent the company extremely well. Highly recommended.

  The gentlemen were nice and very thorough. Didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want or need. This’ll make my second visit. I’ll definitely return.

  I don't like leaving bad reviews but the whole oil change was UNSAT (unsatisfactory). 1. The manager paid more attention to his phone than what was going on with his team. Pure chaos. 2 cars pulled up behind me and ended up going before me. I was there for a whole hour. 2. K (that's his name) tore up the cover under my glove compartment trying to get to my cabin filter and then tried to gaslight me into thinking it was already like that. He ended up fixing it with tape. Unsat. 3. Diego (must be new) plays too much. K had to take over his position twice because he didn't remember how to do his job and then had the audacity to laugh about it. (There were at least 10 other coworkers available and you have to rely on the assistant manager constantly) do better Diego. 4. They kept guesstimating how much oil to put in my car. I go there all the time and no one EVER does that. They kept having to add more at least three times. 5. MOST OF ALL they did not close my hood all the way. I couldn't tell until I hit the freeway and my hood flew open. Don't play around with peoples belongings. Every customer is important.

  Michael and K serviced my vehicle for an oil change and upon the change, they noticed that the undercover was zipped tied on. Last Valvoline location I been to was located in Frisco on Main Street and they fail to mention that to me. Whether they broke the clips or not, I should’ve been notified. Guess I’ll go to this Carrollton location from now on. Other than that, the techs here were fast with the service and they communicated everything they did when they serviced my car.
