  I came to this location to speak with a manager about a discrepancy I am having with my membership and was greeted by a shift lead that was not helpful. Instead of listening to me she kept going to the office to call her manager that she told me was not present due to an illness. After expressing my frustration with my experience she got the manager, Andrew Jefe, on the phone who continued the disrespect and poor management resolution skills. If this is the type of behavior that is accepted at this company they will be in for a rude awakening when their customer base is diminished.

  I was looking for a new Carwash spot. It was an easy choice after talking to the assistant manager Fernando. Not only did he deliver excellent customer service, he followed up and made sure I was satisfied. I’m gonna be a monthly subscriber now.

  Friendly staff, good car wash, free vacuums and towels with windows cleaner and interior cleaner.
