- KSKat Schanuel6 days ago1.0DO NOT GO HERE. worst service I’ve ever had. Went in for damage from gravel truck and they were “fixing” things that weren’t broken first of all. They replaced my moonroof glass even though I hadn’t seen a single chip on it. Never once had an issue with opening and closing the moon roof. All the sudden they say it won’t open, then they force it open and give it back to me BROKEN open. They won’t take accountability for them breaking it because it’s a $10k fix. They also put a couple panels on incorrectly causing gaps. When they installed my headlights they didn’t adjust them and they were pointing straight towards the ground. I’ve asked they to readjust them a couple of times now, and they are STILL incorrect. I’ve taken my car back a couple times at this point to get them to fix their mistakes yet my issues still aren’t resolved. I’m so disappointed and so angry that they severely damaged the car leaving it to me to fork out THOUSANDS of dollars to repair their mistakes.
