- EPEdohana Park5 days ago1.0This place lacks customer care the big time. I was at the place for more than an hour. Nobody tells me what’s going on. I just needed one short explanation. I was so anxious the whole time because took out the whole assembly on top of engine, and I see a technician struggling the whole time to get to an oil filter. He struggled putting all pieces together. I am hoping he didn’t leave out any screws or cross threaded. This place lack customer care the big time. I wished someone just let me know that everything is ok. The women seemed to the boss is especially lacking interpersonal skill. I am not coming back to this place any more. There are half dozen other places around me who really care for customers.

I came here with a service contract for oil changes so I wasn't sure what to do. They both were awesome taking care of me. Did not wonder if I was in good hands. I knew I was.
