Couldn't understand stand English there, I was out of state with a pass and they wanted to see proof of payment and see bank records. Terrible staff.
I’ve had a membership at Take 5 Car Wash at this location for over a year. Recently, I decided to cancel because I wasn’t using the unlimited plan as much as I expected. I canceled the day after I was charged for the month, so I went in person to clarify whether I would still have access for the remainder of the month I had already paid for.
I spoke with the so-called manager, Andrew, who assured me that I was “good for the month” as long as I still had the sticker on my windshield. I confirmed this with him and let him know I’d be coming back before the month ended.
When I returned well before the end of the billing cycle, the scanner said I had used all of my washes. I asked to speak to Andrew again, and he then claimed that because I canceled, I was given 15 courtesy washes — which he said I had somehow already used. That makes absolutely no sense. I haven’t washed my car in months — probably not since Thanksgiving 2025.
He also claimed I came in on 2/20, which is impossible because I was busy that day and did not visit the car wash.
The explanations kept changing, and the whole situation felt dishonest and unprofessional. Based on my experience, this location operates in a very questionable way.
I’d strongly recommend going to Addison Car Wash instead. On Wednesdays they offer a $16 special for inside-and-out detailing, which is far more worth it than wasting your time and money here.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I was attempting to do a good deed and let a homeless woman who was living out of her car use my membership to wash and vacuum her vehicle. The manager took my membership card from her, tore it up, and put her out of the line. This is a membership that I pay for monthly so I asked him for a new card. He refused and called the police on me. Pure insanity. Never have I ever endured such treatment, especially not for trying to do a good deed. What ever happened to customer service?
I recommend the Superstar location next door instead of this one. The machines here are not good at all, and the blower is way too strong. Because of the strong air, one of my car parts actually broke.
Within just one year, my car also got a lot of scratches — much worse than normal wear and tear. When I reported the issue, the store manager said he checked the video footage and claimed that my car was already damaged before entering the wash. When I asked to see the video, he refused to show it to me. That makes no sense.
I carefully check my car 360 degrees every single day, so I know the damage was not there before. I believe that statement was not truthful.
The employees are very friendly, but the manager’s handling of this situation was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I have been with take 5 car wash since 2022 and the service is getting worse and worse. I will be canceling both my memberships on both my vehicles! Dryers are a hit and miss the staff is rude and extra tire shine and detail is not provided when asked for it as stated in the membership agreement. The staff are lazy and don’t do their job!!!! I was injured and can’t perform the extra detail myself and was the reason I utilize the services there. Now it’s a problem so I am canceling!!!!
