    Horrible customer service. I came through the wash in the morning and realized after I drove away that it missed many spots. I drove a half hour back in the afternoon to let them know and request a rewash. The manager came out and said “what do you expect. you get what you get that’s why we sell memberships”. For almost $20 I expect the equipment to actually clean my car. I will be emailing corporate and disputing the charge.

    đź‘Ž Terrible Service and Ineffective Car Wash I had to visit the Trinity Mills location three times just to cancel my membership, and ultimately failed to do so.Their employees are extremely rude and arrogant, using vulgar and impolite language, and have even gone so far as to kick a customer out of the office. The car wash equipment is constantly malfunctioning. Even when the machines are operational, nothing changes, as the equipment is clearly worn out and fails to properly clean the vehicles. The drying process is usually incomplete, forcing the customer to complete the job manually with a towel or cloth. Furthermore, there is a complete lack of accessible customer service or any published phone number. Canceling the membership requires an online process that is exhausting and eventually unsuccessful. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing a membership at this car wash

    Stay away...the side mirror will rip off if your mirrors have any issues. Other car washes do not have this issue. There is no sign warning sign when you enter of this fact which is a violation of the law
