- TSTina SanerNov 3, 20251.0I came in for gas and food for my Gkids.(4:40p) Well we came in, and No greeting of Welcome to Racetrac. There were 2 guys just in the back of the Counter. Doing their own thing. The store was not Clean. One guy came around after he realized I was not happy. He only picked up a few things. Apparently a Shift mgr Steve, was just there, in his area. He rang us up, but he seemed a bit lost. This store has gone Down. Ugh

So time gets wasted with buttons that chirp but accomplish nothing, try to figure out what I’m doing wrong, talk to the clueless clerk, before driving off in disgust. If keeping the air machine operational is too hard, then how about a simple sign: “BROKE”. Would that be too much trouble? (Apparently for these rocket scientists, yes, it would be.)
