From the time I made a reservation to the time I returned it. They never answer the freakin phones and then put it off on the customer as if it’s my fault you didn’t answer the phone. To top everything else off they are saying I’m not authorized to drive the truck I rented.

Overall, the location is convenient. There are a lot of trucks in stock, the truck was replaced quickly and professionally. The guys are great.
