His communication was excellent—he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was fully taken care of. Nas completed the experience by personally calling to let me know the vehicle was in excellent condition, that my deposit would be returned, and that everything was handled smoothly. The level of care and professionalism from both Phil and Nas made this a great experience. I would absolutely rent from this location again.

The very next day I had to go fix the tire because they gave it to me with low pressure as soon as I arrived home. And when I returned the car, they told me it had hail damage. What a ridiculous claim. They can track the car by GPS and see exactly where it was, and there was never any hail, not even a forecast. The worst part is that they pulled out their shade board with lines to “show” me all the dents, when the car only had scratches — exactly how they gave it to me. But they messed up, because I have proof with date and time of the condition in which the vehicle was delivered, and that damage was already there. And what a coincidence that none of the cars parked right next to mine had any damage at all — only that one car supposedly got hit by hail? They’re just trying to take advantage of me and get money from the insurance. The good thing is that I’m a lawyer, and we will get to the truth. I will prove who’s lying.
