  My experience with Earth MotorCars was very refreshing and rewarding! I was treated like family and not like a one time customer that is forgotten as soon as you walk out the dealership! Customer service means everything to me and I explained that to Michael Acracn right upfront! He worked with me every step of the way and was very patient with me threw out the whole process! He was very professional 👏 and treat me with the utmost respect! We built a connection that will keep me coming back to this dealership and a friendship that will last pass just purchasing a car.   In search of a Porsche, my adventure led me to Carrolton, Texas and Earth Motor Cars! My first contact was Yony Tadesse who helped me with my purchase of a 2015 Porsche 991 TT Cab. Being from California I flew down to Texas to finalize the deal! The car was exactly how Yony described. His honesty and transparency gave me the confidence that Earth Motors was a solid company. I also had the pleasure of meeting Pharrington Maxey in finance who was instrumental with my purchase. The entire process was seamless and in one week my Porsche arrived in California!   If you’ve ever dreaded the car-buying process, you haven’t been to Earth Motors. I just wrapped up an incredible experience there, and I can’t recommend Matt Brunner highly enough. From the jump, Matt was the definition of a professional—zero pressure, high transparency, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find a sales professional who balances being a "car guy" with total professionalism, but Matt nails it. He actually listens to what you're looking for rather than just trying to move inventory. If you are serious about cars and want a seamless, high-end experience, do yourself a favor and go see Matt. He makes the process as exciting as the drive home.

  Extremely frustrating and honestly embarrassing experience. I came in specifically to see and test drive a Lotus and spent nearly an hour in the showroom without a single employee acknowledging me. I stood beside the car and later sat waiting nearby, yet no one offered help or even a greeting. As a Porsche owner, I understand waiting at premium dealerships — but this wasn’t waiting, it was being blatantly ignored. Even walking out past several staff members, no one spoke to me. Experiences like this make it clear why I’d rather pay more for a Porsche and receive the level of professionalism and customer respect a luxury brand should provide.
