I’m very grateful for the help Ville.c gave me, i had came to autozone after having to jump my car from my friends car on the side of the road and he helped me find the right battery with the right warranty for my needs and on top of that he changed the battery quickly for me even though it was late in the day. Came in just trying to get simple stuff for my car than my car decides to not start than a wonderful young man named ville.c comes and test my batter and changes it and gets it done within 5 minutes loves the service but this young man made my day

Don't know what they are doing. Got the run around for one little relay which took 2 hours and still didn't get the relay. Then it took an hour to get my money back.

Except for Trevion B & Joe C, everyone else was unhelpful, especially the commercial staff. They were the worst. I drove all the way from Dallas to the Carrollton location to pick up parts for my shop, and they didn’t even acknowledge me. The service was slow, even in person. The commercial staff needs better training. I work in customer service too, and this is not how I treat my customers. They should learn to acknowledge customers first instead of whatever the funk they are doing.
