My dilemma was a simple headlight, but it was a big deal to me, because I needed help. I was purchasing the wrong bulbs, replacing the high beam, when it should have been a low beam. It was dark and my poor night vision is no joke. They both assured me that they could help and they did. I received some car knowledge and GREAT customer service!!! Thank you so much.

Two days ago I went to get a relay, had to go to three stores, paid for at the first one. But still didn't get the relay. Had to wait one hour to get my money back.
- EGEnyssa GamezOct 10, 20251.0Car battery died last night I got it jumped I called in to see if they offer the service of charging my battery but when I called they said they can do it but I would have to take my battery out and basically walk it to the AutoZone I’m just a girl lol and if you even held a battery yk it’s hard to carry then when I said I can get my car over there with the battery in it and we can take it out then he said we not supposed to do it….im sorry what you just said you can charge my battery and now it was met with we are not supposed to do it I went ahead and called aaa and they came out here (with out me having to take out my battery) and charged it I know now to stay away from this AutoZone they don’t seem to care about the customers needs seems like this autos doesn’t like ppl with car battery issues and I’m pretty it’s the same guys that’s always rude someone needs to talk to him about it I made the call around 8:35 this morning 10/10/25 this guy ig is really bad for business
