  Im shouting out a commercial guy who was the best & saved the day! My home store is in McKinney, Texas but I was doing an alternator down in Carrollton. Your system pulled up the wrong part, so I brought the wrong part with me, 30 minutes away. I was dreading the outcome, the part was right but connection was wrong. I got to your HUB location in Carrollton, TX and was pleasantly surprised when I was helped out by Gonzalo Guzman Campos. He went ABOVE & beyond to find the correct part in the system, cross referenced it to verify & made sure the right part was in the box this time. I WISH I could have a commercial manager like him at my store & also a HUB closer to Frisco!! Thanks for the fast, efficient solution to an annoying problem!!!! Other employees & stores would have told me “nope you have to go back to the store you got it“ or “I can’t figure it out”. I’m happy & you saved my customers day!!! AUTOZONE GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!! But also, for other locations …. please train your red shirts & even grey shirts how to do commercial!!! They all need to be trained by Gonzalo!

  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced from AutoZone. The phone support was completely unhelpful and unprofessional from the start. I went into the store hoping for better service, but it was just as bad. The employee couldn’t figure out which starter I needed, said the system showed multiple options, and then casually told me he’d just give me one he thought might work. That’s unacceptable when dealing with critical car parts. Customers come here expecting knowledgeable assistance, not guesswork. Not everyone is a mechanic, and it’s the staff’s job to help make sure we get the correct part. Service like this is a huge drop from what this company used to provide. Would hire actual knowledgeable workers and that aren’t there like they don't even want to work there or help people out.
