  I walked into the store and asked for $50 in gas and said I wanted to use my points “ a $1.00 difference “ in my case. I was Charged full price and asked inside why I didn’t get my discount. I was told “ after “ I pumped my fuel I was supposed to click something outside for my discount. I paid .2 cents more then what’s in their sign and .17 cents more then the station down the road. Since the person inside failed to give me these instructions prior to pumping gas I asked for my discount that I requested up front and was told no. There is nothing worse then a business that expects its customers to take responsibility for their mistakes. I won’t be getting fuel at United express nor shop for my groceries at United. Walmart is cheaper anyway. You need to teach your employees how to do their jobs properly and take responsibility for their mistakes .
