  Horrible metal music blaring. Under staffed. Didn't have tail lights and I wasn't about to stand in line listening that "music" to find they don't carry the brake light I need.

  Placed an online pickup order, hoping to pick up on my lunch break. Placed the order 30-45min before I going to lunch to give it time, plus the hour for my lunch. Order was never completed, even though the order said it was available for pickup. They’re now closed, I would pick it up later but I live out of town and will not be driving an hour on my days off to pick up an order that (I asked support to make sure) was supposed to be done the day before. Wish there would’ve been some transparency before I dropped a bunch of money on brake pads. Now my money is tied up and there is nothing to show for it, hopefully i get a refund.

  Auto Zone in Canyon is great! Clark went out of his way to make right an order the Lubbock warehouse messed up. Oscar was helpful too. Great Staff!

  Excellent experience at AutoZone today thanks to GWEN! For the last few days I couldn't get my car to crank even though the battery was fully charged and dashboard on. Finally got it to start and drove it immediately to AutoZone to test. I figured it was something in the starter system and was going to be an expensive fix. Gwen immediately went out to run the test and I was surprised to see the battery failed. Plus, I couldn't get a reading on the starter until there was a good battery in place first. We went to the battery aisle and she guided me through their warranties and what her recommendation would be. Thanks to her help I got a new battery in quickly and I was pleasantly surprised to see the rest of the test results were positive. I liked that she showed me the screen where it showed the whole starting system & charging system register as good. That was a weight off my mind to see I didn't need a new battery PLUS a ton of other work. Through the whole thing she was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick to help. That goes a long way with me especially during Christmas season when money is tight. I highly recommend asking for Gwen at AutoZone and will return!

  A HUGE shout out to Andrew for taking the time to help me change the bulb on my Honda at closing time! The engine was still hot, the bulb was in a stupid place, but he took the time to help! Amazing service! This is not the first time the staff has helped me with stuff like this. These guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! Very happy!!! Edit: Yes I will certainly be back soon, still need a few more replacements pieces, and this is where I will be buying them. Love your staff!
