We rented a pontoon boat to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it special. From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth, organized, and super easy. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we felt comfortable with all the instructions before heading out. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were the staff signed a birthday card for my mom and everyone made a point to wish her a happy birthday. They even included a tube for us, which made the day even more fun! You can tell they truly care about their customers and creating a great experience. We had such an amazing time and will definitely be booking with them again. 10/10 recommend!

We rented a boat for the day, and even though I made a booking mistake, the staff went above and beyond to help us out. They were patient, accommodating, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time. A special shout‑out to Bret, who somehow managed to be both extremely helpful and on his very first day of work. You’d never know it—he and the entire team took fantastic care of us. I’m not an expert boater by any stretch, but they made everything feel safe, simple, and fun. We also rented a two‑person tube, which quickly became the kids’ favorite part of the day. And as we were heading out, we saw a guided fishing group counting their catch—they kept only the best 45 striped bass, which was wild to see! We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend this marina for anyone looking for a great day on the lake.
