  Joe, the store manager (guessing he’s new and hopefully won’t last long) started profiling me as soon as I walked in. I have a commercial account for my business at this location. He called my company to confirm that I worked there. This store used to be great with friendly staff. Now everyone is rude standoffish. The only way to circumnavigate this issue is to place the order on autozonepro to avoid dealing with the staff. He just threw a 15 year relationship out the window.

  You can borrow tools....for free...so you don't have to buy them....They check your check engine lights when they're on,so you know what's wrong with your car. And this is very helpful. And all these for free. Thank you AUTO ZONE for doing these for us customers. These way I found out my pic up truck needed the Fuel Pump.

  I love how my review was deleted. I went in there for a signal light. I went inside the guy had an immediate attitude. I asked for the part and he quoted me a price of 77 dollars for something online I read was 11 dollars on the Autozone website. Then he directs me to the wrong aisle. I mean pretty bold seeing how your competition is down the street and literally provided me with the correct part for 11 dollars. You won’t go out of business without my money, but you also dont keep customers if you have an attitude and don’t at least give them the correct piece. A combo of wasting my time and trying to waste my money.
