To the guy below 1998supra 2016.... you sir have left bad reviews at 90% of the places you visit so you sir are just looking for clout. The manager Lady at the Canton location is a great manager and actually knows her stuff when it comes to autoparts. Lets get something straight you went to a competitor (O'Riellys) so ofcourse they will say she is not knowledgable bc they want your business. I suggest you learn some respect bwfore you get put in your place sir. Stop leaving bad reviews everywhere you go to get clout. Your not that guy bud. Great Job Autozone Canton, Tx. - 121998supra 2016Dec 4, 20251.0Store manage doing some shady stuff and not wanting to warranty items that are under life time warranty they are not mechanics nore know better then you, they are sell reps and nithing else, they don't know what they are doing or saying, I went to a different store and explained what happend the manager at this different store they did say, that they have been having alot of issues with the woman not knowing how to operate the store or how to sell and warranty items to customers, I'm done with canton,tx autozone and you should be to, make the drive worth It and go somewhere else
- GWGEORGETTE WYATTNov 9, 20251.0I came into the Canton store at 330 Sunday,I'm a widow and don't know alot about cars,but I knew I needed a fuse,and I had changed my battery out myself,and knew I didn't have it on real good,anyway the guy told me what a burnt fuse looked like,and told me he could tell me if I needed needed a different screw to make the battery tight,went outside with me,I couldn't pop the hood,he stood there with his hands behind his back,I couldn't get it to open,and said yeah you probably need a new cable and didn't even try to help me pop the hood,so I left and went to orileysi thought you were in the business of helping people.i don't want anything for free,there was not anything wrong with the cable ,I just couldn't pull it hard enough,I'm 65 years old and don't have a lot of strength in my hands at orileysthey popped the hood for me,told me what kind of fuse I needed,changed it,and I bought a blower motor for my vehicle,I spent a hundred dollars with them,I would have spent it at your store,but he wouldn't even help me open the hood!I couldn't believe it,I'll never come back,like I said I don't want anything for free,but if that's how you treat female senior citizens,that's just wrong
