- CGCarl GehringApr 13, 20265.0Messaged on a Sunday night about a water leak behind our Nautilus panel. He messaged back and asked for a picture. He came out Monday afternoon and within 30 minutes he had is fixed. No more LEAK!!! I asked him if he could take look at a slide topper we have been having issues with. He did and found that the topper wasn't installed right to start with and he fixed it. Thanks so much for the quick service! Very professional and reasonably priced for mobile service. We will call again if we have any issues!
- CACurtis ArdoinApr 7, 20265.0Nick is awesome and saved our vacation. We had a hub / brake total failure on one of 4 wheels on our travel trailer. We removed the damage and limped 12 miles to our campsite on 3 wheels. We contacted Nick on the way there around 8pm and sent him detailed pictures of our axle, hubs, rims, etc. He came to us the next morning (Saturday on Easter weekend) with all of the parts needed and got it running better than new. He knew exactly what to bring based on pictures, which shows he has a ton of value in his knowledge of parts. He communicated well, had the knowledge and experience needed, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and all for an appropriate cost.
