- BTBeardedRV TechFeb 14, 20264.0After getting the appointment situation straight it went great however, since I didn't confirm ny appointment they didn't have me on the schedule. Why make an appointment, confirm the appointment, then confirm again. Here's a thought CHARGE a $25 appointment fee that is refunded after you show up. No show you loose your appointment fee. BtW I didn't confirm my appointment because I had no cell service (I was on a cruise).
