  Independent mechanic shop owner here- I brought my personal vehicle in for inspection 45 minutes before closIng on Friday afternoon. Noticed no customers and 3 employees that were standing by. I roll up and ask for an inspection. I get told "No, sorry we can't do an inspection with only 3 of us here." I asked why and the guy i was attempting to work with didn't have any explanation other than corporate said we couldn't or something like that. They had 0 customers there and one of the other guys working there was sweeping the floor. None of it made since and was a pretty irritating experience from a customer perspective. I get if the machine is down, or the inspector isn't there, but make it make sense. So today i get this seemingly canned AI response. It looks like they didnt read my review or had a hard time understanding the concern of having 3 guys with nothing to do other than turn away work one of which said he was an inspector.

  The people there are absolutely amazing. So friendly and professional. When I get my oil changed I know that these are going to be the nicest people I speak to all day. They always do a fantastic job. They go out of their way to make sure I have a great experience.

  My wife had visited Jiffy Lube and was lied to, cheated out additional money for things she was not aware they had done and then when it came to an inspection they tried to say the vehicle had a warning light and would need to come back. After she called me I told her to go to valvoline and try them out, they were very nice to her and my son were able to inspect the vehicle and send her on her way. I was impressed by what she told me and I will be trying them out for our next oil change. Sorry Jiffy Lube you may have lost a life long customer based off your current staff and how they treated my wife and son.

  Used to going to “Take 5” and this absolutely tops those experiences! Michael was so kind! He communicated so well and kept me informed of everything going on! Mikey and David were so fast at getting the work done on my car and worked really well together!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience and they give a military discount which is great to hear for our veterans!
