  From the moment I walked in Paul was very nice, and informative. Even the mechanic working on my truck was very sweet, genuine, and helpful. I will definitely come back here to get work done since the service was great!

Paul Mullins and his amazing team always assist me. They deliver exceptional customer service, whether it's for oil changes, tire rotations, or much more! I highly suggest that if you're exploring options, you should definitely give NTB a try. Don't hesitate to ask questions; they always have some kind of promotion available, and the team is incredibly easy to work with and very understanding—something that's hard to find elsewhere.   Paul took great care of me. Didn’t have an appointment but got my vehicle on the lift and had the guys do a brake inspection in no time. As I sat in the lobby I could over hear Paul take care of another customer in going the extra mile finally having to call the main office to find this person warranty information and schedule him for some replacement tires. At the end of my wait was told my wheels had a little brake dust buildup which was cleaned causing the squeaky noise and my pad are at about 75%. His honestly saved me a few hundred bucks I’m sure and didn’t get charged for the inspection. All this as I was from out of town visiting the Burelson area. Super pleasant experience.

  We are forced to take our company vehicles to these clowns for basic maintenance. They were super polite and I had no issue with customer service. Although the absolute ignorance of the parts changers in the back is hard to fathom. 3 tow bills and over 2200$ in parts to fix the front end we JUST paid them to replace. 2 near crashes with front tires falling OFF the truck at highway speeds TWICE! I would never recommend the Burleson Tx location to ANYONE! Please do your research and choose a credible shop!

  Disappointed in the recent changes to this NTB location. Service was slow, taking 1.5 hours to fix a slow leak in a tire. And yes we did make an appointment for this. They seemed more interested in selling us other services than just fixing the leak. There is now very limited seating for the customers, and no drinks or refreshments of any kind available. NTB did... Sad to see the service decline.
