Alway's go here place is alway's clean. The vacuum is very good. They have some window cleaner and dry off rag's. Their a young man there. His name is konlan. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I tell people to use this car wash and location all the time.
Stopped at the Zips in Ft.Worth, I have membership, this particular Zips would not accept our phone#, does not exist. I told him that we go to the Zips in Burleson all the time. He told us that they have to look up our info a different way...he ask if we have a sticker, which we pointed out. He wanted me to take a pic of the sticker. He said that he could not lean over to look at the sticker...he was standing right next to my car. He told my husband to remove it, WHICH MY HUSBAND DID. AS HE WAS REMOVING IT, HE TRIED TO STOP MY HUSBAND FROM REMOVING IT. IT WAS TO LATE. HE THEN TOLD HIM THAT A SCANNER SCANS THE STICKER AND CAN TELL IF IT HAS BEEN REMOVED, AND IF SO, IT IS TOTALLY VOID. WE WERE SO UPSET AFTER THIS. We also were so embarrassed by holding up the line. This is the first time we've gone thru anything like this...we are considering canceling our membership.

For $12 I’d expect my car to be clean. Ran my fairly clean f250 through after the salted roads and it’s still dirty mid door panel.

Basic wash is 12 bucks, and they tell you it isn't good enough to actually clean your car well... What an up sell.
I won't support any company whose tag line is "unless you pay enough we won't try"
This was the worst car wash experience I have ever had. The manager on duty was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. When I initially signed up for my subscription, I was told that switching cars would be possible. I returned to the location specifically to do this.
Upon arrival, the office windows were closed. When the manager finally addressed me, he falsely claimed he had been waiting for me for five minutes, which was untrue. Instead of calmly explaining whether switching cars was possible or outlining any limitations, he responded with hostility and poor attitude. I was bluntly told to cancel my subscription through an application, phone number or leave.
Even if switching vehicles was not possible after signup, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that to a paying customer
Instead of explaining the policy like a professional, I was told to cancel my subscription or leave. Zero customer service, zero respect, zero professionalism. Even if switching cars wasn’t allowed, there is no excuse for speaking to a paying customer this way.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management clearly does not care about customer experience.
