I didn’t want to take a chance to be stranded and told them to go ahead and change it out although I knew the battery was overpriced. I left and went about a block and realized I had no brakes. I was going slow so pulled into a parking lot and used emergency brake to stop and park. I got someone to take me back to Valvoline told them what happened expecting them to try to check on the problem. They rudely denied they could possibly have done anything to affect the brakes. I had to get a tow and that person discovered the brake line was broken which is right by the battery. I am sure an accident I sure hope they did not notice but out of fear let me drive off with no brakes. I have called them emailed them and texted. And no one will respond. The manager knows what happened and does not contact me.
